These days smoke detectors are required to be installed by State Government and local councils in every new home built. If your home does not have a smoke detector installed then we recommend you install them. We may install smoke detectors which will operate in conjunction with most alarm systems on the market today, this means you are not required to change batteries on smoke detectors. This can be useful especially if the smoke detector is on a high ceiling.

If your alarm is monitored you have the added protection of our monitoring station contacting the appropriate authority to deal with the situation should you be on holidays or at work.

Both internal & external sirens will sound upon the detection of heat or smoke, which means the alarm be much louder and if you are not home it may draw someone's attention. So if your standard battery operated smoke detector is located on the other side of your home and doors are closed, the likelihood of you hearing it is minimal.
